1. Shipping
Processing time → Orders are prepared in 1-2 business days from our Berlin studio.
Delivery times →
Germany: 3-5 days.
International: EU: 5-8 days. International: 7-20 days.
Shipping costs →
Germany: Free on orders over €29. Otherwise €4.5 flat rate.
International: €7 flat rate (unless otherwise specified).
Carriers → DPD.
Tracking → Customers receive tracking info by email.
2. Returns
Return window → You can return unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
Condition → Must be unused, in original packaging.
Refund method → Refund back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Return shipping costs → Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
